Description:

Primary Adaptation:
Feed Oats are tolerant of heavy, wet soils. They tend to be generally more
cold sensitive (damaged) than other small grains.
Uses: Pasture,
hay and silage
Planting Rate:
In mixtures, plant 60-90 lbs of seed per acre, or 90-120 lbs an acre
alone.
Fertilization:
Responsive to nitrogen, and require adequate amounts of phosphorus
and potassium
Seasonal Production:
November-April
