TALL FESCUE - Endophyte Friendly
Tall Fescue!
AVAILABLE NOW! - Read more about MAXQ
THE
NEW FESCUE SOLUTION:
FRIENDLY
ENDOPHYTES
"Fescue is our main feed and also our main
problem," some have been heard to say. It is persistent, yet
the endophyte fungus can make Fescue be toxic to livestock. Lower conception rates, lower
weaning weights and poor cattle performance are typical problems
caused by the fungus living inside of fescue grass.
A breakthrough technology in the
form of a non-toxic
fungus offers the best solution yet to this problem. This non-toxic
fungus produces excellent weight gains in University grazing
studies. These same studies show remarkable stand persistence even
after two prolonged summer droughts.
MAX Q is the newest Tall Fescue improved for
Forage pastures. It's endophyte friendly enhancement is going
to change the view of Fescues as a year round food source
throughout the South. Click to read more about MAX Q Tall Fescue
